Lisner is one of the leaders of the Polish market in herring products, salads, and sandwich spreads. The work takes place at a modern fish processing plant.

Open positions

  • Men up to 40 years old with their own sanitary booklet (Sanepid)
  • Paste and salad department
  • Fish raw material preparation worker
  • Other production departments

Main responsibilities

  • Weighing raw materials (fish, salads, etc.)
  • Placing ingredients into containers
  • Packing finished products into boxes and on pallets
  • Quality control of products
  • Following production standards
  • Keeping the workplace clean

Departments and conditions

  1. “Matias” department Temperature: up to 9°C, strong fish smell Duties: soaking and processing fish, conveyor work, moving products between containers, packing finished products Some processes are for men only
  2. Cream sauce department (for fish) Temperature: 10–14°C Reading and writing in Polish is required Duties: chopping fish, distributing sauces, washing containers, computer work (orders, labeling, checking dates), correct packing
  3. Paste and salad department Temperature: 8–12°C Men: collecting product containers, transporting dirty containers to washing area Women: placing products into packages, building pallets
  4. Fish raw material preparation worker Duties: unpacking frozen products, sorting fish, working with a manual pallet truck and an electric pallet truck/forklift, moving racks with raw materials, maintaining quality standards

Requirements

  • Experience in the food industry is a plus
  • Manual skills, teamwork
  • Responsibility and attention to detail Not allowed: long/extended nails, eyelash extensions, costume jewelry

Work schedule

8–10 hours per day

Mon–Fri, possible working Saturdays (October–December)

3 shifts:

  • 05:45–13:45
  • 13:45–21:45
  • 21:45–05:45

Break: 25 minutes, night shifts available

Salary

25.36 PLN net/hour with PIT-2 signed (up to 30,000 PLN in 2026)

22.69 PLN net/hour without PIT-2 or after exceeding 30,000 PLN

Additional

  • One-time fee for accommodation preparation: 300 PLN (for those living in provided housing)
  • No-show penalty without a valid reason: 40 PLN/day

Accommodation

  • Cost: 520 PLN
  • No bonus for own accommodation

Transport

  • Free company transport (from selected routes, mainly from suburbs)
  • Otherwise, commuting on your own
