Service terms<\/h1>

Visa consultations, document preparation, residence legalization support and services for employers. We agree the scope for each individual case.<\/p><\/header>

1. Provider and contact<\/h2>

2. Services<\/h2>

Visa consultations, document preparation, residence legalization support and services for employers. The individual offer defines the work, result and limitations. EUROWIZA does not replace public authorities or guarantee their decisions.<\/p><\/section>

3. Agreeing and concluding the contract<\/h2>

An enquiry is not a paid order. Before contracting, the client receives the scope, total price including taxes, currency, additional costs, completion time and delivery method. A contract follows agreement and acceptance of the offer by the parties. Confirmation and terms are supplied on a durable medium, such as email.<\/p><\/section>

4. Price and delivery<\/h2>

A 30-minute consultation costs 200 PLN. A 60-minute consultation costs 350 PLN. These are the final amounts payable by the client, including applicable taxes. Document preparation, legalization support and employer services are priced individually according to the task, scope of work and complexity of the case. Full prepayment, an advance or staged payments, amounts and deadlines are set out in the individual offer and agreed before contracting. Each payment relates to a specific agreed order. The amount, payment deadline, stages and any advance payment must be agreed in the offer. Government and consular charges and third-party services must be identified separately. EUROWIZA completion times are not authority decision times. Changes in scope and additional charges require client acceptance.<\/p><\/section>

5. Responsibilities and technical requirements<\/h2>

The client provides accurate, necessary information and current documents. Unlawful material is prohibited. Electronic communication requires an internet-connected device, an up-to-date browser and a working email account. Confidential documents must not be posted in public comments.<\/p><\/section>

6. Changes and ending the engagement<\/h2>

Changes, cancellation outside statutory withdrawal and stage settlement are governed by the contract and law. There is no automatic non-refundable payment rule or fixed cancellation penalty. Mandatory consumer protections remain applicable where required, including for eligible individual business clients.<\/p><\/section>

7. Complaints and data<\/h2>

Contact info@eurowiza.com or the registered address. Withdrawal, refunds and complaint procedures are published on a separate page and apply alongside these terms. Personal data processing is explained in the privacy policy.<\/p><\/section>

8. Application of these terms<\/h2>

These terms apply to new orders from 17 October 2026. The individual offer defines the work, result, deadlines and payment arrangements. Changes to published terms do not change an existing contract without agreement or restrict mandatory client rights. Online payment through Tpay will be available only after launch and identified in the instructions for the order.<\/p><\/section>
