It is intended for foreign nationals planning employment in Poland and typically requires a prior invitation from a Polish employer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Documents required to obtain a Polish work visa<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Visa application form.<\/strong> Complete it online via <strong>e-Konsulat<\/strong>, then print and sign.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Photograph.<\/strong> Color, 35\u00d745 mm, white background, full face, no headwear; taken within the last six months.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Passport.<\/strong> Original plus a scan\/photo of <strong>all pages (pp. 1\u201331) laid out flat<\/strong>. The passport must be valid for at least three months beyond the visa\u2019s expiry date and contain at least two blank pages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Job invitation.<\/strong> We will send it to your e-mail as a PDF with an electronic signature; you only need to print it. The invitation must be valid at the time of filing with the consulate or visa center.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Copy of the employment contract (optional).<\/strong> Not always required, but confirms the employer\u2019s intent\u2014especially useful when applying on the basis of a <strong>voivodeship invitation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Medical insurance.<\/strong> Minimum coverage of <strong>\u20ac30,000<\/strong>, valid throughout the Schengen Area. The insurer must be recognized by the Consulate of the Republic of Poland.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Visa fee receipt.<\/strong> The fee depends on the country of submission; approximately <strong>\u20ac60<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Important<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All documents are submitted to the Polish consulate or a visa center at your place of residence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submission is <strong>by prior appointment only<\/strong> via <strong>e-Konsulat<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Consulate of the Republic of Poland may request additional documents at its discretion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Processing times<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Statement of intent (O\u015bwiadczenie)<\/strong> basis: <strong>5\u201315 business days<\/strong> for most decisions by the consulate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applications based on a <strong>voivodeship invitation<\/strong> may take up to <strong>30 days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Polish national visa (Type D) allows you to work legally in Poland and reside in the country for up to one year.
