Salary (for a regular employee and for a w\u00f3zek piesek operator) :
\u2022 Guaranteed rate: 25.36 PLN net per hour
\u2022 For students: 31.40 PLN net per hour<\/p>\n

Salary for UDT:
\u2022 Guaranteed rate: 27,94 PLN net per hour
\u2022 For students: 34,60 PLN net per hour<\/p>\n

Payments: regularly, between the 15th and 20th of each month.<\/p>\n

W\u00f3zek piesek operators:
\u2022 The work of a pallet truck operator is to transport pallets from one location to another.
\u2022 The employee scans the pallet with a terminal, after which the system shows where exactly it needs to be delivered.
\u2022 Work experience is not required, but the candidate must not be afraid of technology and understand the essence of the work.
\u2022 To perform this work, a certificate for driving such a pallet truck is required. The company issues a certificate, but if the employee does not work 3 months, 300 z\u0142oty will be deducted from him for its manufacture.
\u2022 If the candidate has a Polish driving licence, an additional certificate is not required.<\/p>\n

Forklift operators (UDT):
\u2022 Unloading goods: using a forklift or other means to remove goods from a platform or container.
\u2022 Placing goods: neatly storing products on racks or in appropriate areas according to warehouse logistics.
\u2022 Moving goods: transporting goods to the desired warehouse area (for example, to the storage, shipping or processing area).
\u2022 Loading goods: preparing and placing goods on a vehicle in accordance with weight distribution and safety rules.
\u2022 Maneuvering within the warehouse: observing safety rules and optimal movement routes.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:
\u2022 Pushing: on each line (3-4 person) 100 cartons into which the goods are automatically sorted. The girls work with the terminal, put things in cartons and when the carton is full, close it and push it out onto the line. They attribute an empty carton to the terminal.
\u2022 PRS residual platform: cartons arrive on the platform, the girls with the terminal scan the carton and the item, the terminal shows the quantity that needs to be removed. They close the carton, send it to the line.
\u2022 Induction: platform for 8 people, on which 4 girls put the goods on the conveyor (sorter) for further sorting into cartons, and other 4 girls open the cartons and pour the goods onto the tables
\u2022 Komplektacia: in this process it is necessary to click the cartons on the pallets using the terminal (scanner), and transfer them to other pallets specified in the terminal.
\u2022 Przyj\u0119cie: receiving the goods (men). Checking things for clips, coding the clips (girls)
\u2022 Wysy\u0142ka: loading the goods into vehicles (men)<\/p>\n

Work schedule:
\u2022 Work in three shifts, 8 hours:
\u2022 First shift: 06:00 – 14:00.
\u2022 Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00.
\u2022 Third shift: 22:00 – 06:00.
\u2022 Work 5-6 days a week, with paid breaks.
\u2022 Pedestrian pallet truck operators work 12-hour shifts in a two-shift system.<\/p>\n
