The new warehouse was opened in March 2025 \u2014 automation, cleanliness, comfort, and stable employment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recruitment information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>For students:<\/strong> Work start date is <strong>July 24, 2025<\/strong>. Arrival and accommodation are required 1\u20132 days before this date<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>For candidates applying for a Work Permit (Zezwolenie):<\/strong> The waiting time for the document is about 2\u20134 weeks. You will start working approximately one month after receiving the permit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Documents required for students<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valid student ID with a current sticker<\/li>\n\n<li><em>Za\u015bwiadczenie z uczelni<\/em> (certificate from the university confirming student status), issued no earlier than one month ago, in Polish<\/li>\n\n<li>Valid Polish visa or residence card with decision (<em>karta pobytu z decyzj\u0105<\/em>). Alternatively \u2014 a diploma of graduation from a Polish university<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Accommodation &amp; Transpor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Housing:<\/strong> provided by employer, ~700 PLN\/month (deducted from salary)<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Transport:<\/strong> free city transportation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Priority given to <strong>women up to 45 years old (up to 100 kg)<\/strong>. Workforce ratio: approx. 70% women, 30% men<\/li>\n\n<li>Candidates must have a <strong>basic level of English or Russian<\/strong>. One of these languages is mandatory for communication<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Duties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Packaging and weighing tomatoes. No counting required \u2014 once the correct weight is reached, a green light will appear<\/li>\n\n<li>Labeling packages<\/li>\n\n<li>Wrapping pallets with film<\/li>\n\n<li>Preparing goods for logistics<\/li>\n\n<li>Working on automated lines with built-in scales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Work schedul<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Two shifts: <strong>07:00\u201317:00<\/strong> and <strong>17:00\u201302:00<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li>4 working days, then 2 days off<\/li>\n\n<li>2 breaks of 20 minutes (the first one paid, the second unpaid)<\/li>\n\n<li>Schedule prepared one month in advance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Salary<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Base rate: <strong>30.5 PLN gross\/hour<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li>After training or transfer to other departments, the rate may increase up to <strong>32.5 PLN gross\/hour<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li>Salary paid monthly, by the 10th, to a Polish bank account (can be opened locally)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Working conditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Brand new warehouse opened in March 2025<\/li>\n\n<li>Spacious locker rooms with personal lockers<\/li>\n\n<li>Modern canteen with microwaves and refrigerators<\/li>\n\n<li>Free water and tea, vending machines with drinks<\/li>\n\n<li>Dedicated computer for checking your worked hours<\/li>\n\n<li>Jewelry (earrings, rings, etc.) not allowed at work<\/li>\n\n<li>Long nails are permitted if they do not tear gloves<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Medical and equipment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The employment agency provides a medical check-up and sanitary booklet (cost: 150 PLN) and will supply protective shoes with steel toes<\/li>\n\n<li>On site, you will be provided with gowns and gloves and will undergo safety training.
