class=\"wp-block-heading\">Position:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Warehouse worker (order picking)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Who we are looking for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Men and married couples<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Age up to 35<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No prior experience required \u2013 full training provided on site<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Polish language is not required (scanners operate in Ukrainian\/Russian)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Order picking in the warehouse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working with a voice-picking system and scanner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operating an electric pallet truck (after training)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparing orders for dispatch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handling loads up to 15 kg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dry warehouse, temperature approx. 20\u201324\u00b0C<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pay:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>With PIT-2: approx. <strong>25.36 PLN net\/hour<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Without PIT-2: approx. <strong>22.36 PLN net\/hour<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Night shifts: extra <strong>+4.50 PLN\/hour<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Free meals on 12-hour shifts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Work schedule:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5\u20136 working days per week (usually Sunday to Friday, Saturday mostly off)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shifts of 8 \/ 10 \/ 12 hours (depending on department and planning)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Day and night shifts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Up to <strong>260 hours per month<\/strong> (actual number of hours depends on schedule and performance)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Accommodation and transport:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rooms for 3 people, couples are accommodated separately<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accommodation: <strong>500 PLN\/month<\/strong> (deducted from salary)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organised transport to\/from work: approx. <strong>150 PLN\/month<\/strong> (deducted from salary)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kitchen, internet and bed linen are provided<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contract and conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Official employment based on <strong>Umowa Zlecenia<\/strong> (civil-law contract)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mandatory medical check<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Workwear provided (trousers are your own)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possibility to obtain a <strong>residence card (karta pobytu)<\/strong> for up to 3 years<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optional <strong>Multisport<\/strong> card (at extra cost)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additional costs for the candidate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Training for warehouse truck: approx. <strong>150 PLN<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sanitary
