Production operator, enterprise<\/p>\n

Location: \u0160enov u Nov\u00e9ho Ji\u010d\u00edna (30 km from Fr\u00fddek-M\u00edstek)<\/p>\n

Salary: 27 723\u201332 000 CZK gross\/month<\/p>\n

On average, working about 170 hours per month, you can earn about 26 000 CZK net per month (\u2248 1 070 \u20ac).<\/p>\n

An advance of 2 000 CZK is possible, which is paid on the 5 and 15 day of the worked shift.<\/p>\n

The salary is paid to the bank account after the 20 day of the month for the previous month.<\/p>\n

Bonuses and additional payments:<\/p>\n

production bonus depending on the KPI team \u2014 0\u201315%;
additional payment for evening and night hours (18:00\u201306:00) \u2014 26 CZK\/hour;
work on Saturday and Sunday \u2014 +25%;
overtime at night on Saturday and Sunday \u2014 +50%;

Job description:<\/p>\n

The work consists of assembling and quality control of automobile headlights on the production line.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

installation of automobile headlights manually and using simple tools;
assembly of plastic elements: housings, covers, shades, etc.;
installation of wiring harnesses for headlights;
visual and basic technical quality control of parts and finished products.<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/p>\n

no contraindications to working standing and in motion;
good eyesight;
accuracy when performing manual work.<\/p>\n

Practical entrance test:<\/p>\n

The candidate is shown the method of installing a car headlight three times. After that, he has one hour to complete the task independently.<\/p>\n

Then a final test is conducted, during which the accuracy and speed of work are assessed.<\/p>\n

Only candidates who have successfully passed the test are allowed to work.<\/p>\n
