GREEN MOUNTAIN is a premium-class hotel complex located in the resort town of Karpacz. The hotel focuses on a high level of service and guest comfort, operates with stable occupancy and follows strict quality standards for cleaning and room preparation.
Position
Position: Housekeeper / Room Attendant
Core mission: ensuring cleanliness and order in guest rooms and, when needed, in shared areas, according to the hotel’s internal standards.
Contract Type
- Contract type: Umowa zlecenie (civil-law contract)
- Official employment in line with Polish law
- Full insurance package as per contract terms
Working Schedule
- 5 working days per week
- Shift length: 8–10 hours per day
- Saturday and Sunday are working days
- Exact schedule and days off are set by the shift supervisor, depending on hotel occupancy
Accommodation
- Accommodation provided on the hotel premises
- Staff rooms with basic amenities
- Cost: 550 PLN/month (deducted from salary)
- Key advantage: no daily commute time or transport costs
Meals
- One free hot meal (lunch) provided at the hotel for employees, according to internal rules
Transport / Logistics
- Coordinator meets candidates in Poznań
- Organized transfer from the coordinator to the hotel in Karpacz
- All travel and logistics details are confirmed after the candidate is approved for the role
Main Responsibilities
- Daily cleaning and preparation of guest rooms before check-in and during stay
- Changing bed linen, towels and other textiles according to hotel standards
- Cleaning and maintaining bathrooms and toilets
- When required – maintaining cleanliness in common areas (corridors, lifts, lobby, etc.)
- Refilling guest amenities and consumables (hygiene products, paper, cosmetic sets, etc.)
- Sorting and removing waste, following hygiene and safety regulations
Candidate Profile / Requirements
- Women up to 50 years old
- Previous experience in cleaning or hotel housekeeping is an advantage, but not strictly required
- Willingness to perform physically active work throughout the entire shift
- Readiness to work according to the schedule, including weekends
- Neatness, attention to detail, focus on service quality
- Responsibility, discipline and punctuality
