GREEN MOUNTAIN is a premium-class hotel complex located in the resort town of Karpacz. The hotel focuses on a high level of service and guest comfort, operates with stable occupancy and follows strict quality standards for cleaning and room preparation.

Position

Position: Housekeeper / Room Attendant

Core mission: ensuring cleanliness and order in guest rooms and, when needed, in shared areas, according to the hotel’s internal standards.

Contract Type

  • Contract type: Umowa zlecenie (civil-law contract)
  • Official employment in line with Polish law
  • Full insurance package as per contract terms

Working Schedule

  • 5 working days per week
  • Shift length: 8–10 hours per day
  • Saturday and Sunday are working days
  • Exact schedule and days off are set by the shift supervisor, depending on hotel occupancy

Accommodation

  • Accommodation provided on the hotel premises
  • Staff rooms with basic amenities
  • Cost: 550 PLN/month (deducted from salary)
  • Key advantage: no daily commute time or transport costs

Meals

  • One free hot meal (lunch) provided at the hotel for employees, according to internal rules

Transport / Logistics

  • Coordinator meets candidates in Poznań
  • Organized transfer from the coordinator to the hotel in Karpacz
  • All travel and logistics details are confirmed after the candidate is approved for the role

Main Responsibilities

  • Daily cleaning and preparation of guest rooms before check-in and during stay
  • Changing bed linen, towels and other textiles according to hotel standards
  • Cleaning and maintaining bathrooms and toilets
  • When required – maintaining cleanliness in common areas (corridors, lifts, lobby, etc.)
  • Refilling guest amenities and consumables (hygiene products, paper, cosmetic sets, etc.)
  • Sorting and removing waste, following hygiene and safety regulations

Candidate Profile / Requirements

  • Women up to 50 years old
  • Previous experience in cleaning or hotel housekeeping is an advantage, but not strictly required
  • Willingness to perform physically active work throughout the entire shift
  • Readiness to work according to the schedule, including weekends
  • Neatness, attention to detail, focus on service quality
  • Responsibility, discipline and punctuality
