Required documents
The main requirement is an official invitation from a Polish company.
Document package
- Visa application form (Type C, purpose: Business).
- Passport valid for at least 3 months beyond the planned trip.
- Photo 3.5×4.5 cm.
- Original business invitation from a Polish company.
- Medical insurance with coverage of at least €30,000 (valid for the entire trip).
- Proof of financial means (bank statement or guarantee letter from the inviter).
- Proof of accommodation and travel booking.
- For entrepreneurs: company registration documents (registry extract, license, etc.).
