🏢 Job Description
Field work picking lettuce on modern agricultural enterprises. The harvest is carried out in groups of approximately 20 people using specialized machines where the lettuce is collected, chopped, and packaged in film.

🛠 Responsibilities
• Harvesting lettuce and other vegetables in the field
• Operating specialized harvesting machines
• Sorting and stacking produce
• Compliance with production standards and quality requirements

🕒 Work Schedule
• Monday – Saturday
• Sunday – closed
• Start time: approximately 05:00–05:30
• End time: approximately 17:00
• Break time: 2 and 15 and 30 minutes
• Base work rate: 38 hours per week + overtime
⚠️ Downtime is possible depending on weather conditions.

💰 Wages
Rate: 14,99 EUR gross/hour
Overtime allowances:
• 38–48 hours per week — additional payment of +8,25%
• 48–55 hours per week — additional payment of +25%
• After 6 months of work, all hours over 38 hours are paid with an additional payment of +35%
Additional payments:
• Vacation pay — 8,33%
• Vacation reserve — 10,92%
These payments are accrued monthly along with the salary.
💶 The average salary at the end of the previous season was 2200–2700 EUR net per month.
📅 Salary payment is due on the 15 date of each month.

👤 Requirements

Cheb — Warehouse Operator
Work location: Cheb (Cheb), Czech Republic
Work in a modern logistics warehouse that processes clothing, textiles, household goods, and other consumer goods.
Salary
Salary: 29 500–34 000 CZK gross/month.
Estimated Income:
• For 177 hours worked, net income is approximately 34 000 CZK (≈ 1 397 €).
Salary Payment
• Salaries are paid on the 20th of each month.
• If the payment date falls on a weekend or holiday, payment is made on the last working day before that date.
• Two advance payments of 2 000 CZK are possible:
• After the 5th shift worked.
• After the 15th shift worked.
Bonuses and Allowances
• Monthly bonus – up to 3 500 CZK.
• Paid vacation — 25 days per year.
Allowances:
• Saturday and Sunday work — +10%.
• Night shifts (22:00–06:00) — +10%.
• Overtime on weekdays — +25%.
• Overtime on weekends — +40%.

Work schedule

For night shifts:

Průmyslový Park Industrial Park 2. The city is located near the German border and has a well-developed infrastructure.
Additional Information
• Applicants from Ukraine must have health insurance for the first 7–10 days of their stay.
• It is recommended to have approximately 400 € for initial expenses.
• The first full salary is received approximately 1,5 months after the start of work.
• Advances are available prior to the first salary payment.

Miscellaneous worker – egg warehouse
Employment period: minimum 2.5 months

Employment contract: Umowa Zlecenia

Location: m. Sokołów (15 km. Warszawy)
Salary:
• 26.00 PLN/hour (net)
Students: up to 26 years old payment 32.04 PLN/hour (net) (with a certificate from the place of study)
Schedule: Mon-Sat for 8 –12 hours. Shifts: day/night. Per month 240 – 270 hours. Lunch break: 2 to 20 minutes
Responsibilities:
• Packing eggs into cartons, trays
• Working on the conveyor and in the warehouse
• Possible work in the pasteurization shop – grinding and packaging of egg mass
Important: all packaging and quality control lines are fully automated. The processes are not complicated, everything is shown and everything is taught. There are only eggs at the institution, no chickens
Housing: current recruitment only for candidates with their own housing.
Surcharge for own rental of housing: +2 PLN/hour.
