Employer description:

Paczka Smaku is a modern diet catering company specialising in healthy meal plans. Main activities:

  • preparation of dishes
  • packing ready meals into lunchboxes
  • delivery of complete daily meal plans to clients

Pay:

  • Standard rate: 25.36 PLN net/hour
  • Students: 31.40 PLN net/hour

Payment is based on actual hours worked.

Main duties (depending on the workstation):

  • Kitchen assistant: preparing ingredients, assisting in cooking
  • Packing: weighing and packing ready meals into lunchboxes
  • Dishwashing: washing pots and kitchen equipment after cooking

Working hours:

  • Main shift: 06:00–16:00
  • Possibility to take additional hours subject to agreement with the supervisor/coordinator

Candidate profile / requirements:

  • Men and women, with priority for women (2 open positions)
  • Age up to 50
  • Russian-speaking candidates
  • Ability to understand Polish at a basic working level
  • No previous experience required – full training provided on site

Type of contract:

  • Legal employment based on a civil-law contract (Umowa Zlecenia)

Accommodation:

  • 1st month: 18 PLN/day
  • From 2nd month: 20 PLN/day
  • For couples: 23.33 PLN/day

Final accommodation conditions depend on availability at the time of arrival.

Transport to work:

  • If accommodation is nearby – walking distance
  • If commuting is required – employee buys a public transport pass
  • After one full month of work, 50% of the cost of the monthly pass is reimbursed (subject to internal rules and attendance)
  • Reimbursement and commuting options depend on available places and employer’s approval

Additional information:

  • One free hot meal per shift
  • Temperature on the production floor: approximately +10 to +15°C
  • Sanitary booklet (sanepid) required; approximate cost 250 PLN, deducted from salary
