Warehouse Worker / Forklift Operator with UDT

Wage
- standard: 24.00 - 26.83 PLN/hour
- for student: 33.22 PLN/hour net
AMITEC – Polish manufacturer of EPS (expanded polystyrene) products
AMITEC is a modern production plant specializing in EPS products and OSB-based panels. Work is carried out both on the shop floor and in the warehouse, with a stable volume of orders and official employment.
Main duties
- Transporting EPS elements from the warehouse to the production hall
- Typical warehouse tasks: order picking, loading and unloading goods
- Participating in the production of OSB panels
- Packing and labelling finished products
- Keeping the workplace and social areas clean and tidy
Candidate requirements
- Willingness to work and learn
- Preferably male candidates
- Basic numeracy skills
- Readiness to work at a temperature of around +15 °C (hall doors are often open, noise level is moderate, higher in the cutting department)
- Smoking is prohibited on the company premises
- An active UDT licence for a forklift is a strong advantage
- The company considers candidates from: Ukraine, Moldova, Colombia, as well as Paraguay, Argentina and Georgia (subject to manager’s approval, with good motivation and knowledge of Russian or Polish)
Work schedule
Five-day working week, Monday to Friday, two shifts:
- 1st shift: 6:00–14:00
- 2nd shift: 14:00–22:00
In case of high workload, one extended shift may be introduced:
- 6:00–16:00
Pay (net)
- 24.00 PLN/hour – standard rate
- 25.50 PLN/hour – with PIT-2 submitted
- 26.83 PLN/hour – with PIT-30
For students under 26:
- 33.22 PLN/hour net (gross = net)
Candidates under 26, non-students:
- 26.83 PLN/hour net
A performance bonus is possible at the discretion of the production manager.
Accommodation
- Accommodation in a guesthouse (Gościniec)
- Cost – 750 PLN per month
- Distance to the plant – approx. 900 m (about 15 minutes on foot)
- Living conditions: kitchen, laundry, bathroom with shower, rooms for 2–4 people
- If needed, the manager may provide a car for commuting (for candidates with a driving licence)
Workwear and medical check-up
- Workwear and medical examination are covered by the employer after the first full month of work
- If the employee does not complete a full month, 300 PLN is deducted from the salary to cover the medical check-up and PPE
