Quality Control of Auto Parts 

We are looking for men up to 45 years old to work in quality control of car seat components. Official contract, 3-shift system, free transport from nearby towns.

First working day – Monday, 15.12.

About the company

Formel D is an automotive production facility specializing in components for car seats: headrests, springs, rails, sound insulation elements and seals.

• Type of contract: Umowa zlecenie (civil-law contract)
• Free transport from various locations
• Accommodation is not provided (you need to arrange your own housing)

Salary

• +1 PLN/hour brutto bonus if you live in your own accommodation
• Salary is paid monthly to a bank account
• After approximately 5 months, there is a possibility to switch to an Umowa o pracę (employment contract), subject to the employer’s decision

Working schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 3 shifts, 8 hours each:
  • 06:00–14:00
  • 14:00–22:00
  • 22:00–06:00
• Saturdays are optional (as extra work if needed)

Responsibilities

• Visual inspection of parts for car seats
• Quality control of headrests, springs, rails, frame components and other elements
• Packing of finished parts
• Maintaining cleanliness and order at the workplace
• Following quality standards and health and safety rules

Free transport

Company buses operate on the following routes:

• Sucha → Grójec → plant (around 31 minutes, ~37 km)
• Białobrzegi → Grójec → plant (around 24 minutes, ~33 km)
• Radom → Grójec → plant (around 53 minutes, ~64 km)
• Warka → Grójec → plant (around 35 minutes, ~28 km)
