Autoclave Operator / Machine Operator (Automotive Components)

Job Titles and Pay

• Autoclave Operator: 30.30 PLN/hour gross
• Machine Operator: 26.70 PLN/hour gross

Additional pay elements:

• Performance bonus: up to 250 PLN gross (granted by the line manager)
• Employee referral bonus: 550 PLN gross after the referred person works at least 3 months
• Extra housing allowance: 500 PLN gross/month if you rent your own accommodation (for the first 180 days, paid with salary)

Contract conditions:

• Initial contract: 1 month with possibility of extension

Work Schedule

• Standard plant shifts (Monday–Friday):
  • 06:00–14:00
  • 14:00–22:00
  • 22:00–06:00
• 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
• Extra hours possible depending on production needs (by agreement)

Main Responsibilities

Work at a modern automotive components plant (departments Ż1 / Ż2):

• Operation of vulcanisation / autoclave or other production machines according to instructions
• Pulling and removing cables from fittings
• Visual quality checks of cables and components, attention to detail
• Filling in simple production documentation and reports
• Monitoring the production process and checking the condition of the line after the previous shift
• Following all safety and quality procedures, keeping the workstation clean and organised

Accommodation

• Employer-provided hostel
• Room occupancy: 2–4 persons per room
• Cost:
  • from day 0 to day 180: 550 PLN/month (deducted from salary)
  • first 2 months effectively free of charge under the current employer offer
• Deposit on arrival: 300 PLN

If you rent your own flat/room:

• Additional 500 PLN gross/month housing allowance (for up to 180 days), paid together with salary

Transport and Workwear

• Commute to work: organised by the employee (no transport bonus)
• Workwear: own clothing and basic PPE, detailed requirements discussed at onboarding

Candidate Requirements

• Couples (men and women) up to 55 years old
• Only Ukrainian citizens
• Communicative Polish (minimum A2 level) – understanding instructions and workplace communication
• Mandatory manual skills tests before starting work
• No medical contraindications for physical work and shift work
• Punctual, responsible, motivated for long-term cooperation
• Willing to provide information about previous employment during recruitment
