salary

• after 3 months: 5,230 PLN gross / month
• performance bonus: up to 430 PLN gross / month
• UDT allowance: up to 300 PLN gross / month

the actual monthly income depends on performance, bonuses and allowances.

working schedule

• 2–3 shifts (depending on department and production load)
• average workload: around 168 hours per month

the detailed shift schedule is set by the employer and confirmed at the start of work.

main responsibilities

• packing finished products on the packaging line
• scanning, labelling and preparing products for shipment
• working with an electric pallet truck / lifting truck in line with instructions
• complying with quality standards and health & safety rules
• maintaining cleanliness and order at the workstation

candidate requirements

• valid Polish UDT cat. 3 licence
• basic knowledge of Polish is an advantage (for instructions and simple communication)
• attention to detail, reliability and accuracy
• sufficient physical fitness to work on a production line and stand/walk throughout the shift

temporary accommodation during the document-processing period in Opole or Wrocław:

• cost: 250 PLN (deducted from the first salary)
