Job description

Work with fish products in different departments of the plant.

Production temperature: +10…+12°C

No night shifts.

Fresh fish department

Men:

• Supplying boxes of fish to the line
• Handling fish on the line
• Collecting fish from the line
• Stacking boxes on pallets

Women:

• Knife work (fillet processing)
• Tweezers work (removing bones)
• Packing fish into boxes

Shifts (8 hours): 07:00–15:00 / 15:00–23:00 (weekly rotation)

Freezing department

Men:

• Delivering boxes to the line
• Handling fish on the line
• Collecting from the line
• Stacking on pallets

Women:

• Placing fillets into vacuum machines
• Packing fillets into boxes

Shifts: 07:00–15:00 / 15:00–23:00

Slicing department

• Piece-rate payment system
• Weighing fish (80–200 g)
• Target: 3200 packs per shift Schedule: 2 working days / 1 day off Shift: 07:00–18:00

General schedule

• Work from Monday to Saturday
• Overtime available (optional) Breaks: 2 × 30 minutes (1 paid, 1 unpaid)

Accommodation

• First 3 months: 500 PLN
• After 3 months: 900 PLN gross
• 2–4 people per room
• Good living conditions
• Separate room for couples

Transport to work: free (provided by the employer)

Meals: self-catering
