Production worker

Salary bonuses:

• For employees who live in their own accommodation, a bonus is added to the hourly rate depending on the number of hours worked per month:
  • 160–180 hours — +0.50 PLN/hour
  • 181–220 hours — +1.00 PLN/hour
  • 221+ hours — +1.50 PLN/hour

Short description of the employer:

Poultry plant in Niestępowo (Gdańsk area), specialising in poultry processing and preparation of meat products for further distribution. Stable year-round work, official employment and the possibility of long-term cooperation.

Work schedule:

• 10–12 hours per day
• Shifts may start, depending on the production process, at: 01:00, 04:30, 05:00, 11:00, 14:00, 15:00
• Approximately 200–220 hours per month

Type of contract:

• Umowa zlecenie (contract of mandate) – official employment via the agency

Accommodation:

• Accommodation provided by the employer/agency: 400–500 PLN/month
• Employees who live in their own accommodation receive the above-mentioned bonuses to the hourly rate depending on the number of hours worked

Transport:

• Free transport to and from work by company car from the place of accommodation

Duties:

• Hanging poultry on the production line (for men)
• Sorting internal organs
• Selection and sorting of meat parts
• Manual operations on the production line
• Washing dishes and equipment when needed
• Compliance with hygiene and health & safety standards

Requirements:

• Age from 18 to 50; candidates 50+ considered if they have relevant experience
• Valid sanitary book (sanepid) is mandatory
• Willingness to work in cooled production areas at lower temperatures
• Physical fitness, no contraindications to standing work and repetitive tasks
• Discipline and readiness to work in a shift system (early and late shifts)

Working conditions / additional information:

• Place of work: poultry slaughtering and processing at a poultry plant
• Temperature in the slaughter area: approx. +18°C
• Temperature in the packing/processing area: approx. +12°C
• Year-round work, stable workload
• Advance payment available after two weeks of work
• On-the-job training and coordinator support
