Production worker – plastic components 

Who we are looking for:

• 2 women
• Good physical condition
• Good manual skills
• Good eyesight
• Previous production experience is an advantage, but not required

Main duties:

• Applying protective pads to polystyrene (foam) profiles
• Assembling components
• Packing finished products into cardboard boxes
• Moving products around the production area
• Picking and completing finished items
• Assembling boxes using a pneumatic nail gun
• Palletising finished products

Salary:

• Base rate: 25.36 PLN net/hour
• Students: 31.40 PLN net/hour (valid student status required)

Payment is based on actual hours worked.

Working hours:

• Shift: 06:00–14:00
• Day shifts only, no night work

Type of contract:

• Legal employment based on a civil-law contract (Umowa Zlecenie)

Accommodation:

• Accommodation provided by the employer
• 1st month: 18 PLN/day
• From 2nd month: 25 PLN/day
• Accommodation is located close to the workplace – no transport needed

Additional conditions and information:

• Workwear provided by the employer
• Support with sanitary booklet (sanepid): approx. 100 PLN, deducted from salary if you do not have a valid booklet
• Simple and repetitive production processes, easy to learn even without experience
• Suitable for citizens of Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Armenia
• Russian-speaking environment on site

Important to consider:

• The job is physically demanding and can be repetitive
• You must be ready to work on your feet for the whole shift
