Warehouse Worker EUROCASH

EUROCASH is a large international company operating a modern FMCG logistics network.

Important conditions:

First, the candidate completes about 1 month of training in one of the cities: Lublin / Kraków / Białystok.

After the training, a mandatory relocation to the main project in Konin / Krągola.

It is not possible to stay and work in the training city.

Position:

Warehouse worker (order picking)

Who we are looking for:

• Men and married couples
• Age up to 35
• No prior experience required – full training provided on site
• Polish language is not required (scanners operate in Ukrainian/Russian)

Responsibilities:

• Order picking in the warehouse
• Working with a voice-picking system and scanner
• Operating an electric pallet truck (after training)
• Preparing orders for dispatch
• Handling loads up to 15 kg
• Dry warehouse, temperature approx. 20–24°C

Pay:

• With PIT-2: approx. 25.36 PLN net/hour
• Without PIT-2: approx. 22.36 PLN net/hour
• Night shifts: extra +4.50 PLN/hour
• Free meals on 12-hour shifts

Work schedule:

• 5–6 working days per week (usually Sunday to Friday, Saturday mostly off)
• Shifts of 8 / 10 / 12 hours (depending on department and planning)
• Day and night shifts
• Up to 260 hours per month (actual number of hours depends on schedule and performance)

Accommodation and transport:

• Rooms for 3 people, couples are accommodated separately
• Accommodation: 500 PLN/month (deducted from salary)
• Organised transport to/from work: approx. 150 PLN/month (deducted from salary)
• Kitchen, internet and bed linen are provided

Contract and conditions:

• Official employment based on Umowa Zlecenia (civil-law contract)
• Mandatory medical check
• Workwear provided (trousers are your own)
• Possibility to obtain a residence card (karta pobytu) for up to 3 years
• Optional Multisport card (at extra cost)

Additional costs for the candidate:

• Training for warehouse truck: approx. 150 PLN
• Sanitary booklet (sanepid): approx. 130 PLN
