Clothing Warehouse — packing only

Work at the ARVATO warehouse on the PACK process. Standing work at a packing table and PC: choosing the right box, adding paper fill, neatly folding garments, and final packing according to SOPs. A branded T-shirt and steel-toe footwear are provided free of charge.

Location & onboarding

• Housing: Łódź or Głowno (possible also in Stryków)
• Paperwork: Łódź

Who we’re hiring

• Women up to 45 years old
• Legal basis: biometric passport, visa, or residence card
• Student track: only for those enrolled at a Polish university, with a plastic student ID and a confirmation letter from the school

Pay

• Advance: 200 PLN after 14 worked days
• Average seasonal income: ~6,000 PLN net/month

Schedule

• High season (through December 25): typically 6 working days × 12 hours
• Sale periods: 5–6 days/week, 10-hour shifts
• Breaks: for 12-hour shifts—two × 15 minutes
• Shift assignment and length may vary by operation, max 12 hours/day

Conditions & requirements

• Medical exam: 150 PLN deducted from first paycheck
• Workwear and safety shoes provided
• While waiting to start, you can open a bank account and, if needed, obtain a PESEL number

Housing

• 550 PLN/month (utilities; deducted from salary)
• Own-housing bonus: +1 PLN/hour net
• Amenities: free Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen, washing machine, bathrooms
• Bring your own bedding/pillowcases
• Typical rooming: 3–4 people per room, single-level beds

Commute

• Company bus to/from the warehouse
• For those living independently in Łódź, pickup points: Kilińskiego 172, Żwirki 8, Żeromskiego 21, Zachodnia/Lutomierska, Julianowska/Zgierska

Notes

• Student status is available only with Polish university enrollment and required documents.
