Umowa Zlecenia (contract of mandate)

Salary paid: by the 20th of each month

Important:

You must understand Polish, be able to answer and read in Polish.

Pay rates:

Workers aged 26+:

• Vegetables / dry warehouse: 25.60–34.84 PLN/hour
• Cold warehouse: 27.08–38.50 PLN/hour
• +1 PLN/hour if you have your own accommodation

Students under 26:

• 31.40–40.90 PLN/hour

Earnings depend on performance: the better you work, the more you earn.

Work schedule:

3 shifts:

• 06:00–14:00
• 14:00–22:00
• 22:00–06:00

Lunch break: 20 minutes (canteen, vending machines, fridge, microwave)

Overtime possible

Flexible days off: 1–2 days per week

Accommodation and transport (very good conditions):

Accommodation provided by the employer:

• standard price: 900 PLN/month

Transport from accommodation to work:

• 150 PLN/month

Discounts for hard-working employees:

160–190 hours/month:

• accommodation: 600 PLN
• transport: 100 PLN

Over 190 hours/month:

• accommodation: 400 PLN
• transport: free

The more you work, the less you pay for accommodation.

Duties:

• Order picking for stores
• Working with a voice scanner and electric pallet truck/forklift
• Preparing goods for shipment
• Following health & safety rules and keeping the workplace clean
• Completing tasks assigned by the supervisor Work pace: moderate

Work areas for employees living in employer accommodation:

Vegetables:

• 16:00–00:00, +10°C
• heavier boxes
• no racks; workers move in a loop and pick goods

Cold storage:

• 10:00–18:00 / 18:00–02:00 (shifts alternate weekly), +5°C
• picking into containers (not pallets)

Dry warehouse:

• 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–06:00

Additional info:

• Workwear: 130 PLN (deducted from the first salary)
• Sanitary book: paid by the employer
• Help with documents for a residence card (karta pobytu)
• 2 days of H&S training and onboarding are unpaid
