About the job
The company produces disposable trays (Linpac). Normal temperature at the site, no steam or hot conditions.
Work clothing is provided free of charge (T-shirt, trousers, shoes).
Responsibilities
• Process and quality control
• Packing, assembling cardboard boxes
• Labeling
• Operating/servicing machines that produce trays
Pay
• Packers: 28.50 PLN gross/hour (approx. 24 PLN net/hour)
• Operators: 33 PLN gross/hour (approx. 26 PLN net/hour)
• Monthly base from 5,200 PLN gross + bonus up to 650 PLN gross for perfect attendance
• Extra pay:
• +20% for night work
• +50% for overtime
• +100% for weekends and public holidays
• Average salary: 5,000–6,000 PLN net (depends on hours, nights, weekends, and bonus)
• Advance payment: 200 PLN after 14 days
• Salary paid by the 10th of each month
• Student rate: not available
Contract
• Umowa o pracę (employment contract)
Work schedule
• Mon–Fri–Sat
• 8 hours, 3 shifts: 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–06:00
• Overtime possible when available
Accommodation
• Apartments with everything needed
• Utilities: 30 PLN/day, compensated via bonuses (approx. 350 PLN/month in total)
• Deposit: 200 PLN (refunded in cash after 30 days worked)
• No allowance for own accommodation
• Conditions:
• Couples: separate room (apartments)
• Singles: 3–4 people per room (apartments/private houses)
• Amenities: free Wi-Fi, kitchen with dishes, washing machine, bathrooms
• Bedding/pillowcases: your own
