Wage
- standard: 28 PLN/hour
- for student: under 26: +3 PLN net
Transport: pick-up and drop-off available within up to 100 km
Pay conditions
- With 5+ years of experience in a similar role: 30 PLN/hour
- Salary payments: between the 20th and 25th of each month
- Accommodation: 750 PLN/month
Candidate requirements
- Men aged 25–50
- Citizenship: Belarus, Ukraine, Colombia, Asian countries
- English-speaking candidates are also considered
- Communicative Polish language is required
Responsibilities
- Leading a production team (around 15 people)
- Organizing work, assigning tasks, monitoring efficiency
- Training new employees
- Setting up and starting equipment according to required parameters
- Monitoring proper operation of machines and equipment
- Analyzing equipment performance and optimizing processes
- Quality control of finished products
- Coordinating with other departments to improve production processes
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
Bonuses
- 300 PLN for referring a friend (after one month of work)
Our expectations
- Secondary education or higher
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company (packaging industry experience is a plus)
- Team management experience (10+ people)
- Knowledge of production equipment setup and operation
- Computer skills and MS Office
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Readiness to work in a two-shift schedule
