Smoked Meats Specialist / Meat Plant Worker (Pork)

Meat processing plant (Zakład Mięsny)

28 PLN/hour net

Responsibilities

  • Start of work at 05:00 in the morning
  • Salting and preparing meat
  • Preparing sausages for smoking
  • Filling, forming and hanging sausages
  • Working with equipment: filler, tumbler/massager, meat grinder
  • Strict compliance with hygiene and sanitary standards

Working schedule

  • Day shift: 8–10 hours per day
  • Stable schedule
  • Monthly hours: approximately 180–200 hours

Accommodation

  • Accommodation is provided free of charge
  • Housing located close to the plant

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a smoked meats specialist or in a meat processing department
  • Good physical condition and stamina
  • Attention to detail, responsibility, adherence to hygiene and safety rules
