monthly range: 4,806–5,400 PLN gross / month + bonuses
onboarding and paperwork: Opole or Wrocław
salary
allowances:
- 250 PLN – allowance for forklift drivers
- 430 PLN – performance / productivity bonus
- 340 PLN – allowance for working in a 4-shift system
- +20% – night shift allowance
the actual salary level depends on the number of hours worked, shifts and applicable allowances.
working schedule
- 4-shift (4-brigade) system
- 3 shifts
- average monthly hours: around 168 hours
- break: 30 minutes per shift

main responsibilities
- warehouse and internal logistics support
- delivery of components to the production line
- approx. 50% of the time – forklift operation, 50% – manual warehouse work
- maintaining order and cleanliness in the work and warehouse areas
candidate requirements
- valid Polish UDT forklift licence, category WJO II
- minimum 1 year of experience operating forklifts
- extended, detailed CV (mandatory)
- basic knowledge of the Polish language (for instructions and communication with supervisors)
