Wage
- standard: 24.70 PLN net/hour
- for student: 30.50 PLN net/hour
Who we are looking for:
- Men and women
- Age: 18–50 (older candidates possible by individual agreement)
Pay:
- Base rate: 24.70 PLN net/hour
- Students: 30.50 PLN net/hour
- Extra for own accommodation: +1 PLN/hour (not applicable for students)
- Advances: 2 advances of 400 PLN (approximately after 14 and 28 days of work)
- Estimated monthly income: 4,900 – 6,000 PLN net (depending on hours worked)
Work schedule:
- Shifts:
- 06:00 – 14:00
- 14:00 – 22:00
- 22:00 – 06:00
- Shift length: 8 hours
- Monthly hours: approx. 190–210 hours
- 1 day off per week
- Saturday and Sunday are working days according to the rota
Main duties:
- Preparation and basic processing of ingredients
- Working according to recipes and production sheets
- Operating kitchen, meat-processing and industrial equipment (after training)
- Precise weighing, dosing and packing of products
- Keeping the workplace clean and following hygiene and sanitary standards
Requirements:
- Attention to detail, responsibility and accuracy
- Willingness to do physical work and to work shifts, including night shifts
- Experience in a kitchen or food production is an advantage, but not required
- Sanitary booklet (or willingness to obtain it; approx. 250 PLN deducted from salary)
Accommodation and transport:
- Accommodation provided: 600 PLN/month (deducted from salary)
- Transport to work organised (details provided by the coordinator)
