Production Worker

Reka Rubber Polska Sp. z o.o. is part of the Finnish group Reka Industrial Plc, a manufacturer of technical rubber and silicone products — hoses, profiles, and rubber-metal components for industry, heavy machinery, and automotive applications.

Bonuses:

• Performance bonus: 2–4 PLN/hour (per company rules)
• Attendance bonus: up to 35 PLN/day
• Commuting allowance: up to 152 PLN/month (depends on attendance)
• Smart Lunch: 11 PLN/day for presence at work
• Rate increase possible after the adaptation period
• Salary paid by the 10th of each month

Work Schedule:

• Mon–Fri, 8 hours per day
• Weekly rotating shifts:  • 06:00–14:00  • 14:00–22:00  • 22:00–06:00
• The night-shift week starts on Sunday

Contract Type: Umowa o pracę tymczasową (temporary employment contract)

Job Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and tools
• Monitor the technological process and follow production procedures
• Check finished products for quality and compliance
• Maintain order and safety at the workplace
• Work within one of several specialized departments
