Production of confectionery

Production of confectionery: donuts, doughnuts, muffins and other baked goods. Clean, dry facilities with a stable workload.

Start of work – usually 2–4 business days after onboarding.

Onboarding & location

Pay

• Advance: 200–300 PLN after 14 worked days
• Average monthly income (full-time): ~5,500 PLN net
• Medical exam: 250 PLN, paid upon arrival
• Contract type – Umowa zlecenie (civil-law contract)

Work schedule

• Six days per week, 12-hour shifts
• Shifts: 06:00–18:00 or 18:00–06:00
• Possible shift starts at 07:00, 08:00, 09:00 or 10:00
• One day off per week (by arrangement)
• Average 220–240 hours per month

Responsibilities

• Packers (women): packing donuts, doughnuts, muffins; placing products into cartons and film; standing work on the line
• Production workers (men): dough preparation, frying, glazing, decorating; simple physical tasks; moving finished products manually

Requirements

• Women, men, and couples up to 52 years old
• No harmful habits; no jewelry or piercings; no eyelash extensions or manicure; short natural nails without any coating
• Ability to work at pace, neatness, discipline
• Legal basis for work: biometric passport, visa, or residence card

Work conditions

• Production temperature approx. +10–12 °C
• Workwear provided by the employer
• Smoking on the premises is prohibited

Housing

• 750 PLN/month (utilities)
• Couples: typically two couples per room
• Singles: usually four people per room
• Amenities: free Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen, washing machine, bathrooms
• Bring your own bedding and pillowcases

Commute

• Self-arranged by public transport.
