Production Worker

Who we’re looking for

• Couples and men up to 57 years old
• Basis for employment: biometric passport, visa, or residence card

What you’ll do

• Work on a fully automated production line
• Load ingredients, monitor machine operation
• Portioning, packing, labeling, moving products in the warehouse
• Men: loading ingredients, monitoring equipment
• Women: sautéing onions, packing, production tasks, cleaning equipment, placing products into boxes

On-site conditions

• Warm area: onion section; other sections are in a cold room
• Temperature around +4 °C
• Workwear provided free of charge: warm sweatshirt, trousers, white coat

Schedule

• Monday–Saturday, 12-hour shifts: 06:00–18:00 or 18:00–06:00
• Rotation: one week days / one week nights
• Average 240–260 hours per month
• Schedule may change based on workload, but not more than 12 hours per day
• Start usually 3–5 business days after paperwork

Pay

• 24 PLN/hour net
• Students up to 26: 30.50 PLN/hour net
• Salary paid between the 15th and 23rd of the following month to a bank card
• Advance of 200–300 PLN after 14 worked days

Medical exam

• 250 PLN, deducted from the first salary; processing up to 4 days

Housing

• 450 PLN/month utilities; students 800 PLN/month
• Allowance for own housing: 400 PLN/month (not available for students)
• Couples in a private room; singles 3–4 per room
• Free Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen, washing machine, bathrooms
• Bedding provided
• Commute: housing near the workplace or by public transport
