POULTRY MEAT DEBONER (CHICKEN QUARTERS)

Deboning chicken meat on an industrial production line with a clear focus on deboning (tribowanie) chicken quarters.

Pay and working hours

  • Monthly hours: 168–200 hours
  • Schedule: day shift, approx. 7:00–15:00
  • Overtime possible depending on production needs
  • Free hot meal provided at the plant

Responsibilities

  • Deboning chicken quarters – main process
  • Careful manual removal of bone from chicken quarters
  • Correct opening/unfolding of the quarter without damaging meat or skin
  • Knife work on the deboning line
  • Following hygiene, sanitary and health & safety rules
  • Keeping the workstation clean and tidy

Important: this is not full carcass cutting – only work with chicken quarters and the deboning process.

Candidate profile / Requirements

  • Proven experience specifically in deboning chicken quarters is mandatory
  • Confident and safe knife skills
  • Good physical condition, ability to work on your feet
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, responsibility
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Sanitary booklet is an advantage (not mandatory but preferred)

Accommodation and conditions

  • Company accommodation: approx. 450–500 PLN/month
  • Rooms for 2–4 people, separate rooms for couples
  • Stable rate of 28 PLN net/hour, transparent payment system

Bonus for own accommodation

If the worker uses their own accommodation:

  • 160–180 hours/month — bonus +0.50 PLN/hour
  • 181–220 hours/month — bonus +1.00 PLN/hour
  • 221+ hours/month — bonus +1.50 PLN/hour

Compensation for own transport

  • From 3 km to workplace — 100 PLN/month
  • From 7 km to workplace — 150 PLN/month

This position is suitable for experienced poultry deboners who have worked with chicken quarters and are looking for stable, well-structured employment with clear conditions and performance-related bonuses.
