Welder / Metalworker 

Manufacturing company producing fire-rated doors, gates and metal structures.

Work location: Dobrzeń Wielki, approx. 15 km from Opole (Opole), Opole Voivodeship.

Work schedule

• 8–10 hours per day
• 3 shifts, including night shifts
• work from Monday to Saturday

Type of contract

• mandate contract (umowa zlecenie)

Accommodation

• accommodation provided by the employer
• cost of accommodation: 500 PLN per month

Transport

• commuting to work at the employee’s own expense
• location with good transport access from the place of residence

Responsibilities

For welders:

• Welding metal structural elements according to technical documentation
• Assembling and fitting metal structures for fire-rated doors and gates
• Quality control of welds and finished products
• Compliance with health and safety rules and internal company standards

For metalworkers (5 positions):

• Working with hand and power tools when processing metal parts
• Assembling and fitting elements of fire-rated doors and gates
• Basic quality control of assembled units and structures
• Keeping the workplace tidy and complying with health and safety requirements

Requirements

• Men up to 50 years old
• Communicative Polish (ability to communicate on work-related topics)
• Previous experience as a welder or metalworker will be an advantage
• Readiness to work in a shift system, including night shifts
• Physical stamina, accuracy, ability to work in a team
