The largest auto parts warehouse in Poland for the INTER CARS network. Modern logistics center, work with a scanner and warehouse system, stable workload throughout the year. Before starting work, candidates take simple manual skill tests.

Pay and bonuses

  • Night shifts: +20% to the hourly rate
  • Overtime on weekdays: +50%
  • Overtime on weekends: +100%
  • Allowance for own accommodation: 400 PLN/month
  • Productivity bonus: up to 1,500 PLN net per month
  • Approximate effective pay: around 27 PLN/hour net with normal performance

Work schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • 3 shifts of 8 hours: 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00
  • After two weeks of training, it is possible to take extra hours and work on weekends
  • Start dates usually on Mondays, Wednesdays or Thursdays
  • Start of work after onboarding: usually 1–3 business days

Contract type – employment contract: umowa o pracę

Accommodation

  • Free housing provided
  • Rooms: 4 people per room
  • Couples live in separate rooms
  • Bed linen and pillowcases must be your own

Transport

  • Free company bus to and from work
  • Many stops along the routes, including:Płońsk–Naruszewo, Wyszogród–Czerwińsk, Legionowo, Wieliszew, Sochocin, Pułtusk, Kazuń, Baboszewo–Płońsk–Zauski

Responsibilities

  • Picking orders according to picking lists
  • Labelling and applying barcodes to boxes
  • Sorting goods in the warehouse according to internal rules
  • Participating in stock-taking and inventories
  • Receiving and processing returns
  • Maintaining order and following safety standards in the warehouse

Requirements

  • Men and couples (male in the couple) up to 45 years old
  • For candidates aged 40–45: warehouse experience and understanding of warehouse processes is mandatory
  • Willingness to work at a fast pace and meet performance targets
  • Physical fitness, attention to detail, responsibility
  • Legal basis for work: biometric passport, visa or residence card
  • For “student” status: must study at a Polish university, have a plastic student ID and a confirmation letter from the university

Conditions / Additional information

  • Medical check-up: 250 PLN (paid upon arrival, deducted from first salary)
  • Workwear and PPE provided
  • If the employee works at least 45 days, the 150 PLN for workwear is not deducted
  • Advance: 200 PLN after 14 worked days
  • Average monthly income with full workload: around 5,000 PLN net
  • Salary paid between the 15th and 20th of each month to a bank account
  • Employment contract is signed during the first week of work (on the first day at the office or after a few shifts, depending on HR/legalisation workload)
