Bonuses and advance payments

• Performance bonus: +1.00 PLN/hour for meeting the production target
• Advance payment: 200 PLN after 14 days of work

Company overview

A modern, automated production facility specializing in packaging decorative and skincare cosmetics (creams, lipsticks, powders, products for eyes and face). Clean production halls and stable workload.

Working schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 3 shifts: 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–06:00
• No overtime hours (no extra shifts beyond this schedule)

Type of contract

Contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie)

Accommodation

• Provided free of charge
• For students: 1,000 PLN/month
• Hostel-type housing: 3–4 people per room
• Bedding (pillowcases etc.) must be your own

Transport

• Commute on foot: approx. 20–25 minutes
• No organised transport from Warsaw

Responsibilities

• Manual packing of cosmetics for face, eyes and lips
• Placing cosmetic products into packaging
• Putting products into cardboard boxes
• Labelling/stickering and preparing orders for dispatch
• Work on a conveyor/packing line
• Visual quality control of the products

Requirements

• Women up to 55 years old
• Good eyesight and attention to detail
• No previous experience required
• Documents: biometric passport (BIO) / visa / residence card
• For student contract: must be enrolled in a Polish university, have a plastic student ID and a confirmation letter from the university

Working conditions / Additional info

• Start of work: usually within 1–3 working days
• Medical check-up: 250 PLN (deducted from the first salary)
• Workwear: free safety footwear with steel toe cap + full work clothing on the first working day
• Mandatory: work only in safety shoes with steel toe cap
• Minimum contract duration: 3 full months (we do not accept candidates for 1–2 months)
• At the accommodation: free Wi-Fi, kitchen with dishes, washing machine, bathrooms
