Modern, automated production plant of DROSED. Clean halls, stable workload, free meals at the factory.

Who we are looking for

• Women / men / couples
• Age: up to 50–55 years (over 50 only with experience)
• Documents: BIO / Visa / Residence card
• No experience required — training on the first working day

Duties

• Manual finishing of chicken cutting (with a knife – the parts that the machine doesn’t cut)
• Packing chicken parts into boxes
• Work at a temperature of about +5 °C
• Warm workwear is fully provided

Pay

• After 3 months – 24.5 PLN/hour net + bonuses for working more than 8 hours a day
• For students: 30.5 PLN/hour net
• Average salary: 5,500–6,500 PLN net (depends on hours worked)
• Advance payment: 200 PLN after 7 days

Medical check & sanitary book

• Medical check – 150 PLN (deducted from salary) or free if you work more than 3 months
• Sanitary book – 250 PLN (deducted from salary) or free if you work more than 3 months

Schedule

• Mon–Sat, NO NIGHT SHIFTS
• 10–12 hours a day
• 2 shifts
• Start times: 03:45 / 04:45 / 05:45 (depending on the process)
• Lunch break: 20 minutes

Accommodation

• Hostels in Siedlce
• Utilities: 500 PLN/month
• Allowance for own accommodation: 400 PLN

Living conditions

• Couples – separate rooms
• Single workers – 3–4 people per room
• Available: Wi-Fi, kitchen, dishes, washing machine, bathrooms
• Bedding (pillowcases etc.) – you need to bring your own

Commute

On foot, approx. 15 minutes from accommodation.
