Wage
  • standard: 23–24 PLN/hour net
  • for student: p to 26: 30.50 PLN/hour net

Factory specializing in packaging medical products. Sterile, clean rooms with a stable workload.

Work schedule

  • Hybrid: 8–10–12 hours depending on the workstation
  • Shifts: 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–06:00; may also be 06:00–18:00 or 18:00–06:00
  • Average 200–240 hours per month
  • 30-minute break
  • Typical start 1–3 business days after onboarding

Umowa zlecenie (civil-law contract)

Accommodation

  • 400 PLN/month (utilities; deducted from salary)
  • Extra allowance for own housing: 250 PLN/month
  • Couples are placed in a private room; singles 3–4 per room
  • Amenities: free Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen, washing machine, bathrooms
  • Bring your own bed linen/pillowcases

Transport

  • No organized commute from Wrocław
  • After paperwork in Wrocław, a coordinator will take you to the housing

Responsibilities

  • Packaging operations for pharmaceutical/medical products (kit assembly, boxing, sealing)
  • Example lines: IV sets, pre-sealed insulin needles (boxing 4 pcs), elastic bandages (boxing 3 pcs), medicine vials
  • Labelling, kitting, system entries
  • Maintaining cleanliness and sanitary standards

Requirements

  • Women, men, and couples up to 52 years old
  • Communicative Polish (understand instructions and reply)
  • Good eyesight, accuracy, fine motor skills
  • Strict hygiene policy: no cosmetics, no false eyelashes/nails; short natural nails without any coating; no jewelry or piercings

Conditions / Extras

  • Medical check: 150 PLN (deducted from the first salary)
  • Workwear provided free of charge
  • Advance payment 200–300 PLN after 14 worked days
  • On-time salary payments
  • Contract signed during the first week (first day or after a few shifts, depending on HR workload)

Onboarding

  • Paperwork in Wrocław; coordinator then arranges transfer to the accommodation
