Work at a warehouse serving the ZARA brand: receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping of online orders.

Important conditions

• Student employment is only possible for those enrolled at a Polish university and requires a plastic student ID plus a confirmation letter from the school.
• If applying as a couple, please check room availability in advance.
• While you wait to start work, you can open a bank account and, if needed, obtain a PESEL.

Who we’re looking for

• Women, men, and couples up to 55 years old.
• Legal basis to work: biometric passport, visa, or residence card (karta pobytu).

Location & onboarding

• Workplace: Psary, near Katowice.
• Accommodation: Sosnowiec.
• Onboarding: Sosnowiec — we meet you on arrival.

Pay

• Own-housing allowance: +1.5 PLN/hour net.
• Average seasonal income: about 5,500 PLN net.
• Performance bonuses up to 1,000 PLN.

Schedule

• Six days per week; 8–12-hour shifts; floating days off.
• Peak season until December 15: increased workload.
• Rotation: one week days / one week nights.
• 200–280 working hours per month.
• For 12-hour shifts: two breaks — 15 and 30 minutes.
• Schedule may change depending on the process and shift system.

Role by process

• PICK: collect orders with a scanner using a pick list and a warehouse cart.
• PACK: stand-up packing at a computer; select the box, add filler, neatly fold clothing.
• SHIP: final packing line; scanning; sorting parcels per waybills; issuing waybills.
• PTL (placement): shelve goods with a scanner.

Accommodation & transport

• Accommodation cost: 550 PLN/month (utilities).
• For students: 550 PLN/month.
• Rooms: 3–4 people; single-level beds; couples in private rooms.
• Amenities: free Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen, washing machine, bathrooms.
• Bring your own bedding and pillowcases.
• Commute to/from work by free company bus.
• If you live in Sosnowiec on your own housing: 100 PLN/month for transport (deducted from salary).

Equipment provided

• Free branded T-shirt and safety shoes with a steel toe.
• Contract type: Umowa zlecenie (civil-law contract).

Advances

• 200 PLN after 14 worked days.
