Wage
- standard: 24.6–26.24 PLN/hour net (depends on meeting performance targets)
- for student: 30.5 PLN/hour net
Pay scale / advances
- Productivity scale: at 80% of target — 24.6 PLN/hour net; at 107% — up to 26.24 PLN/hour net.
- Advance: 200 PLN after 14 worked days.

RENUS — warehouse logistics for clothing, footwear, and accessories of various brands.
Work schedule
- 5 working days per week, 8–12 hours (depending on order volume).
- Shifts: 06:00–18:00 and 18:00–06:00.
- Off-season: no night shifts (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00).
- Breaks: 2 × 20 minutes.
Contract type
Umowa zlecenie (civil-law contract).
Accommodation
- Dormitory in Goleniów: 800 PLN/month (deducted from salary).
- For couples: private room — 900 PLN/month per person.
- No top-up for using your own housing.
Transport
Free company bus from the accommodation to work and back.
Responsibilities
- Order picking with a scanner (PICK).
- Packing and kitting orders to standard (PACK).
- Final dispatch line: scanning, forming parcels, issuing waybills (SHIP).
- Inbound receiving, counting, sorting by brand, audits, handling returns (INBOUND).
- Shelf replenishment by address with a scanner (PTL).
Requirements
- Women, men, and couples up to 55 years old.
- Ability to work at a steady pace and meet targets; neatness and discipline.
- Basic warehouse skills are a plus.
- For student status: enrollment in a Polish university, plastic student ID, and confirmation letter from the school.
Conditions / additional
- Medical check: 100 PLN (paid upon arrival).
- Company provides a branded T-shirt and safety shoes with a metal toe cap.
- On-time payments; while waiting to start you can open a bank account and, if needed, obtain a PESEL.
