Fish Processing Worker

Description

RYBHAND factory specializes in fish and seafood processing.

The job is suitable for women up to 63 years old — with biometric passport, visa, or residence card.

Before starting work, a medical examination is required — 150 PLN (deducted from salary).

While waiting to start work, you can open a Polish bank account and obtain a PESEL number.

Responsibilities

  • Defrosting and washing fish
  • Removing heads, tails, and fins
  • Filleting and rinsing after processing
  • Sorting by class, size, and quality
  • Packing, vacuum sealing, and labeling

Work Schedule

Monday — Saturday, no night shifts

  • 06:00–14:00
  • 14:00–22:00 Overtime hours available. Average: 260–300 working hours per month. For a 12-hour shift — 2 breaks (15 and 30 minutes). The schedule may vary depending on production needs.

Accommodation

  • Accommodation in Jarocin — 550 PLN (utilities included).
  • Couples accommodated separately; 3–4 people per room, single-level beds.
  • Housing includes Wi-Fi, kitchen, washing machine, bathrooms.
  • Bring your own bed linen (pillowcases).
  • No bonus for private accommodation.

Additional Information

  • Work clothes provided free of charge
  • Advance payment: 200 PLN after 14 days of work
