Delivery Unloading Associate (restaurant chain)

Pay

• Typical per shift (2–3 hours per site): PLN 90–150 net
• Students: PLN 100–200 net per shift
• Payouts twice a month to bank card

Role summary

Unloading and stocking food products at restaurant outlets across Poland. Work with hand pallet trucks/pallet jacks (UDT not required). Compliance with food safety standards.

Schedule

• Night shifts 3–4 times per week
• 2–3 working hours per site
• Up to three sites can be assigned (sequential route; paid per completed unloading)

Contract type

Umowa zlecenie (contract of mandate). After 3 months, possible direct contract with the client.

Accommodation

Not provided.

Transport

Self-arranged commute to the site/route (confirmed at assignment).

Responsibilities

• Unload food deliveries; move pallets with hand pallet trucks
• Stock goods per food safety standards
• Maintain order and clean after completion
• Log completed tasks in the mobile app

Requirements

• Men up to 50, good physical condition
• Polish at conversational level
• Valid sanitary book (sanepid) and medical clearance
• Readiness for night shifts; discipline and accuracy

• Pre-start training and help installing the mobile app
• Clear KPIs and a transparent piecework system
