Work Schedule
- Monday–Friday (optional Saturdays and overtime)
- 3 shifts of 8 hours each: 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–06:00
- Shifts rotate weekly in the order: night → afternoon → morning
- 15-minute break

The candidate is responsible for arranging their own accommodation in Tychy or nearby areas.

Commute to work is self-organized.
Responsibilities
- Production of automotive components (seats, armrests)
- Work on assembly and production lines
- Installation of elements and components
- Quality control of finished parts
- Sorting and packaging of products
- Maintaining order and complying with workplace safety standards
Requirements
- Men and women up to 35 years old with a communicative level of Polish
- Candidates slightly older than 35 — only upon company approval and with experience
- No prior experience required
