Work location: Łozenica (near Szczecin and Goleniów), ul. Magazynowa 8

Who we are looking for
- Women / men / couples up to 35–40 years old
- Employment based on: bio / visa / residence card
- Important for student candidates
- To be hired as a student, the candidate must study at a Polish university. Required: a plastic student ID card + a letter from the university confirming enrollment.

- You can open a bank account/card and, if needed, apply for a PESEL number.
About the warehouse
- Zen handles logistics for cosmetics, accessories, luxury clothing and shoes from various brands.
- Job duties (processes)
- Pick — order picking with a scanner: take the scanner, pick list, a cart and collect items according to the task.
- Pack — packing orders at a workstation (standing): choose the right box, fill with paper, fold clothes correctly.
- Ship — work at 4 positions: sorting line, scanner work, packing and distributing parcels according to waybills, final packing and issuing labels/waybills.
- Inbound — receiving deliveries: measuring weight and dimensions, item-by-item counting, sorting by brands, stock audit, handling returns and parcels according to waybills and shipping countries.
- Ptl / rozkładanie — putting items on shelves using a scanner.
Pay and conditions
- Average salary: around 5,000 PLN net
- Advance payment: 200 PLN after 14 days
Contract: umowa zlecenie (mandate contract)
Schedule
- 5 days per week, 12-hour shifts
- 1st shift: 06:15–18:30
- 2nd shift: 10:15–22:30
- During peak periods, night shifts are possible (1 week per month)
- The schedule may change depending on the process and shift system you are assigned to.
Workwear
A T-shirt and safety shoes with a steel toe are provided free of charge.
Accommodation
- Cost: 800 PLN (utilities)
- For couples: a separate room
- Extra allowance for own accommodation: none
Conditions:
- single candidates: 3–4 people per room, single-level beds
- couples: a separate room
- Facilities: free Wi-Fi, kitchen with dishes, washing machine, bathrooms
- Bedding (pillowcases) must be your own.
