Production worker / operator of simple production machines (automotive sector)

Eldisy is part of the international group Vorwerk & Sohn. The company has been operating in Poland for over 13 years and produces rubber sealing elements for brands such as Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Porsche and Rolls-Royce. Stable plant, modern production, official employment.

Main duties

• Operating production machines according to instructions
• Trimming rubber and sealing elements with scissors
• Quality control of finished products
• Processing and preparing products for the next production stages
• Meeting the production plan
• Keeping the workplace clean and tidy
• Complying with health and safety rules and internal company standards

Net (take-home):

• 25.36 PLN/hour – with tax relief (up to 30,000 PLN annual income)
• 21.36 PLN/hour – after the tax relief limit is used up
• 25.36 PLN/hour – always for workers under 26
• 27.92 PLN/hour – for candidates with their own accommodation

Additionally:

• Bonuses: 300–1,200 PLN (depending on performance and attendance)
• Advance payment: 200 PLN after 10 working days
• Salary paid monthly to a bank account

Working schedule

• Standard: 8 hours per day, 3-shift system
  • 1st shift: 06:00–14:00
  • 2nd shift: 14:00–22:00
  • 3rd shift: 22:00–06:00
• Possibility to work 12-hour shifts depending on production needs

Accommodation

• Flats (not a hostel/dormitory), 2–4 people per room
• Approximate cost: about 100 PLN/month
• Accommodation free if you work 250 hours per month
• Deposit: 200 PLN
• Own bedding required

Transport

• No organised transport from Wrocław
• Priority for candidates ready to live close to the workplace

Candidate requirements

• Men up to 50 years old
• Polish language from A2 level (communicative, able to understand instructions)
• Willingness to do physical production work
• Readiness to work in a shift system, including night shifts
• Short interview before start (language and motivation check)
• Candidates of all nationalities accepted except citizens of Russia
