Wage
- standard: 25.20 PLN net/hour
- for student: up to 26 years old – 31.40 PLN net/hour
Work schedule:
- 12-hour shifts
- 4-shift (4-brigade) system
- On average 220–240 hours per month
Type of contract:
- Official employment based on a Polish contract (umowa), in accordance with Polish labour law
Accommodation:
- Provided by the employer
- Cost: 400 PLN/month (deducted from salary)
- No compensation for own accommodation
Commute to work:
- At employee’s own expense
- No reimbursement for transport costs
Main duties:
- Sorting plastic on the recycling line
- Removing cardboard and metal from the material stream
- Loading material into recycling equipment
- Quality control of sorted material
- Basic operation of the machines (switching on/off, simple service actions)
- Keeping the workplace clean and tidy
- Cooperation with warehouse, logistics and quality departments
- Compliance with health and safety regulations (BHP) and internal company rules
Candidate requirements:
- Men up to 55 years old (higher age possible upon individual approval)
- Willingness to perform physically demanding work and to work 12-hour shifts
- Responsibility, attention to detail, discipline
- Ability to work in a team
- No previous experience required
- No Polish language required
Nationality:
- Citizens of Ukraine
Arrival details:
- Planned intake: 8 men
- Arrival date: 02.02.2026
