Position for couples, men and women

PAY

Hourly rates:

• 31.40 PLN gross/hour

Net (take-home) rate:

• 25.36 PLN/hour – for people over 26
• 31.40 PLN/hour – for students under 26

The base rate depends on age and may change depending on total income, in line with Polish tax law.

Bonus system:

• 500–5000 PLN net for performance

A student certificate must be provided in original paper form.

We support legalisation of stay (residence card, work permit type A).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work across warehouse processes:

• Dock/Receive – receiving goods
• Putaway – placing goods in the warehouse locations
• Pick – order picking
• Sorting and packing orders
• Ship – sorting and dispatching parcels

REQUIREMENTS

• Basic computer skills (PC use)
• We accept couples, men, women
• Legal stay in Poland
• No significant obesity (must be able to do active/standing work)

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Work in a warm warehouse, with canteen and changing rooms
• Free lunches – the employer provides 100 PLN/month for food via the Smart Lunch app
• Product weight: approx. 1.5–3 kg, rarely more (depending on order)
• Work is active or standing (depending on process)
• No harmful production factors

Clothing:

• T-shirts, warm sweatshirts and safety shoes are provided
• Own trousers required (e.g. sports/training trousers)

SCHEDULE AND SHIFTS

• 5–6 days per week, 8–12 hours per day
• 2 shifts: 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00
• For couples the same schedule is arranged

Working time:

• 168–250 hours per month
• Break – 30 minutes

ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSPORT

• Accommodation fee – 25 PLN/day
• During the waiting period before the first workday, accommodation is also paid by the candidate – 25 PLN/day

Accommodation conditions:

• Hostels, houses, flats in Sulechów
• 2–4 people per room
• Couples have separate rooms
• Blankets and pillows are provided; you must have your own dishes and bed linen
• Wi-Fi free of charge, available at almost all locations
• Shops within up to 1 km

Transport:

• Accommodation is usually within walking distance from the workplace (25–30 minutes on foot)
