Work at Greenpack Packing

Greenpack Packing Sp. z o.o. is a modern packaging facility working with major retail chains such as Biedronka, Aldi, Carrefour, Selgros, Makro and Auchan. New, automated production hall (2025), stable volumes and clear, standardized processes.

Position

Production and warehouse worker – tomato packing

Salary

• Performance bonus for motivated workers: up to +2 PLN/hour (depending on productivity and quality)
• Extra +1 PLN/hour for workers living in their own accommodation
• Salary is paid once a month to a bank account

Working schedule

• 2 shifts:
  • 07:00–17:00
  • 17:00–02:00
• Shift system: 4 working days / 2 days off
• Possibility to take additional shifts and hours
• Monthly schedule prepared one month in advance
• Electronic time registration (ID badge)

Main duties

• Packing tomatoes on the production line
• Visual quality control of products
• Labelling and checking product markings
• Preparing packed goods for dispatch to the logistics warehouse
• Working on automated production lines
• Keeping the workplace clean and organised
• Following food hygiene and health & safety (BHP) standards

Working conditions on site

• Modern facility, temperature in the hall approx. +18°C
• Canteen and drink vending machines
• Microwaves, fridges, personal lockers
• Two 20-minute breaks (one paid, one unpaid)
• Work is carried out without jewellery or accessories (safety and hygiene requirement)

Accommodation and transport

• Accommodation is not provided
• Transport to and from work is not provided

The offer is suitable for candidates who already live in Legnica or have their own accommodation and transport in the area.

Candidate requirements

• Men only, up to 35 years old
• Citizenship: Ukraine
• Polish language not required
• Sanitary booklet or medical certificate (sanepid) – assistance provided, approx. 150 PLN
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system (4/2)
• Attention to detail, responsibility, ability to work in a fast pace
• Readiness to follow quality, hygiene and cleanliness standards on the production line
