Type of contract: Umowa zlecenie
Pay:
- Piecework system (depending on the number of birds caught)
- On average: 5000–7000 PLN net per month
Accommodation:
- Housing provided near the workplace
- Standard conditions, 3–4 people per room
- Cost: 400–500 PLN/month (deducted from salary)
Work schedule:
- Flexible schedule
- Work on call — it is important to stay available
- Possible night shifts and early departures
Responsibilities:
- Manual catching and handling of turkeys
- Carrying and loading birds into containers
- Teamwork on farms and warehouses
Requirements:
- Men in good physical condition
- Experience not required, but will be an advantage
- No fear of working with animals
- Ability to work in a team
Additional:
- Work clothing provided
- Transport to the workplace provided by the employer
- Possibility of long-term cooperation and transfer to other sites
