EPP produces plastic components for household appliances, the automotive industry (especially lighting) and the textile sector. Modern, clean production halls, stable workload and clear processes.

Commuting by public transport is possible.
Priority is given to candidates from Jelcz-Laskowice and nearby towns.
Commuting from Wrocław is possible, but takes time – such candidates are selected less often.
Conditions and pay
- Type of contract: umowa zlecenie (contract of mandate)
- Base rate: 30.50 PLN/hour gross
- Extra for own accommodation: +2 PLN/hour gross
- Total with own accommodation: up to 32.50 PLN/hour gross
- Schedule: 2–3 shifts of 8 hours (depending on department)
- Salary paid by the 10th of each month to a bank account
- Accommodation: not provided
Requirements
- Men and women 20–45 years old
- Polish language – at least basic/communicative understanding
- Willingness to do standing, manual work
- Accuracy, attention to detail, ability to follow instructions
- Experience in production, packing or quality control is an advantage
Departments and duties
1. Produkcja (Production Worker – women)
Shifts: 2 shifts – 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00
Scope of duties:
- Assembly of plastic panels for household appliances
- Inserting small elements (buttons, frames, clips)
- Final assembly of components
- Wiping surfaces, visual quality control
- Packing finished products
2. Drukarz (Printer – men)
Shifts: 2 shifts – 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00
Scope of duties:
- Operating printing machines
- Preparing and mixing inks
- Setting up equipment before printing
- Quality control of printed elements
- Cleaning machines and keeping the workplace tidy
Important: no allergy to paints or chemical components.
3. Wtrysk (Injection Moulding Operator – women)
Shifts: 3 shifts – 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–06:00
Scope of duties:
- Working at injection moulding machines (forming plastic parts)
- Production of small plastic components (bolts, clips, holders)
- Placing containers under finished parts
- Quality control on the line
- Keeping the work area clean and orderly
