Work schedule
- 2 shifts: 07:00–17:00 / 17:00–02:00
- Possible work on weekends and public holidays

Position
- Brygadzista / Line Leader (Shift Leader on packaging production)
Requirements
- Age up to 45
- Good knowledge of Polish (spoken and written)
- Confident computer skills
- Responsibility, good organisation and leadership skills
- Sanitary book (or readiness to obtain it)
- Valid, up-to-date CV is mandatory
- Experience in a supervisory or coordinator role will be an advantage
Main duties
- Supervising and organising the work of employees on the production line
- Ensuring production targets are met
- Coordinating and planning shifts
- Participating in line operation and basic support of the line
- Quality control and compliance with company standards
- Preparing reports and communicating with management
- Maintaining discipline and proper workflow within the shift
