Accommodation and onboarding — Słubice.
We are hiring — women, men, and couples up to 55 years old.
Employment possible with biometric passport, visa, or residence card (karta pobytu).
Main processes
- PICK — picking orders with a scanner, order assembly.
- PACK — packing orders at a workstation, choosing the box, placing garments.
- SHIP — working on the packing line, scanning, preparing parcels for dispatch.
- PTL — shelving items with a scanner.
Contract type — Umowa zlecenie (civil-law contract).
Schedule
- Until December 25 — 6 working days, 12 hours per day.
- During sales periods — 5–6 days, 10 hours per day.
- No night shifts — start at 06:00.
- Breaks — two: 15 and 30 minutes.
- The timetable may change depending on the process and production needs.
Housing
- Cost — 500 PLN (utilities).
- For students — 500 PLN.
- Top-up for your own housing — +2 PLN net to the hourly rate.
Living conditions
- 3–4 people per room, single-tier beds.
- Couples are housed separately.
- On site — free Wi-Fi, kitchen with dishes, washing machine, bathrooms.
- Bring your own bedding.
- Commute to work — 100 PLN (deducted from salary).
Additionally
- Average seasonal salary — about 6,500 PLN net.
- Advance — 200 PLN after 14 days.
- Free T-shirt and safety shoes with steel toe caps.
