Types of Work Invitations

Statement of Intention to Entrust Work to a Foreigner (Oświadczenie o powierzeniu wykonywania pracy cudzoziemcowi)

  • Suitable for citizens of Ukraine, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, and Armenia.
  • Issued for up to 24 months.
  • Fast processing; does not require a work permit.

Work Permit (Zezwolenie na pracę)

  • For citizens of other countries or for employment exceeding 24 months.
  • Requires approval from the voivode (regional authority).

Seasonal Work Permit (Zezwolenie na pracę sezonową)

  • Applicable sectors: agriculture, tourism, hospitality.
  • Validity: up to 9 months within a calendar year.
  • Intended for nationals of countries with simplified access (Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia).
